About the band

Jess Desbrow and Jenn Nydahl both love playing and listening to music around the campfire. Travis Chapman can pretty much pick up any instrument and make it sing. This musical alchemy launched the band Honey Jays.

We play an ever-changing mix on guitars, bass, cajon, banjo, uke, harmonica, xylophone, tambourine, kazoo, whistles, and even the cowbell—if you’re lucky. Rock? Country? Americana? Synth-pop? Alternative? Originals? Our genres change as often as our instruments.

Come join us and sing along to a wide range of tunes you know and love—from Creedence to Poison, Beyonce to Dolly Parton, Pearl Jam to The Beatles—and the list doesn’t stop. We take requests!
